The actual room is fine, quite large, modern and clean.
The hotel is situated too far outside the town to possibly walk to find a restaurant. It provides demi pension customers evening meals but would not serve us dinner each night as we were 'not on the computer'. This necessitated driving into the old town to find (poor) food options including the first night when we longed for s hot meal and bed after a very long day of driving.. I believe if dinner is served at the hotel only for those with demi pension bookings, it should be clearly pointed out in their hotel descriptions. Ideally it would be much preferable for an alternative is provided for travellers, even if simply a fixed menu for the evening. Our limited French and their very limited English did not help but we did not feel welcomed. This has never been the case elsewhere. None of the above description boxes in Part 1 apply.

The attention to detail is evident in the daily cleaning and the well-maintained patio and balcony areas. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful region.
No issues or improvements needed, everything was great.

Excellent service by M. & MMe. Charettier; convenience to the Mt. Ventoux/Sorgue region; excellent value for clean and comfortable facilities.
Flimsy plastic cups in bathroom, instead of sturdy glassware.

The family who run the hotel is lovely. Very warm and friendly. The location just outside a town is very pleasant. The room was adequate with good bathroom facilities.

The hotel is located in a peaceful place
The rooms are too expensive and very poor. The breakfast is horrible, there's no almost things to choose, and the worst of all is that some people of the staff is watching if you eat too much.

We stayed at a lovely hotel in the Provence area, perfect for exploring the region. the rooms were well-sized and cleaned daily, with patio and balcony areas that had tables and chairs. the location on the outskirts of a pretty town was ideal.
We were a little disappointed to hear that the hotel restaurant was only available to those who had chosen the half-board option. It would have been nice to have more dining options available, especially for those who may have wanted to stay in for dinner.

We visited this hotel during the Christmas holidays and were pleasantly surprised by all that it offered. the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, including outdoor seating areas with lovely landscaping. the hotel is located in a prime location, with interesting destinations within 15 miles in all directions. This was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the region during our stay. the breakfast was copious and varied, which was a great way to start our day.
The hotel restaurant was only available to half, board guests. We would have loved to dine there, but we didn't want to commit to a half, board option.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel situated on the outskirts of a pretty Provence town. The cleanliness of the facility was impressive, and the hotel facilities including the well-maintained swimming pool, patio, and balcony areas are lovely. I especially enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast and the friendly staff who made me feel very welcome. Additionally, the hotel provided ample parking and transportation options.
Not obvious to find in this city, but with the help of GPS, I was able to navigate to the hotel without too much trouble.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great tips for exploring the area. One of the best things about the hotel was the location, with easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful scenery. the breakfast was a great start to the day!
There were only a few small bottles of shampoo and soap available, which were quickly used up. while there were some aspects that could be improved, it was still a decent place to stay for exploring the area.
